Richard Higginson was interviewed as part of a Radio 4 Sunday Worship service on 12 February 2017. The theme was ‘My work station is my worship station’.
It was broadcast from a combination of Emmanuel Church Didsbury, South Manchester, and Chetham’s School of Music in central Manchester, where Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels met to discuss the ideas that led to the writing of the Communist Manifesto. Richard answered question about the current state of global capitalism arising from his book Faith, Hope & the Global Economy.
This is a link to the service: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b08dmnrf. It’s a splendid mixture of hymns, Bible readings (highlighting the story of Zacchaeus), reflections and prayers about the workplace. Richard’s interview comes about 16 minutes into the programme.
