Later he founded a faith-based nonprofit assisted living provider, Baruch Senior Ministries. Both the business and the charity - with over fifty homes (2000 beds) combined - flourished. He recently retired from the for-profit world but continues the Baruch mission of honoring God by serving people as they age. Integrating faith and work, and seeking God’s purpose in all things, are at the centre of Tom’s life. He resides with his family in Grand Rapids (Michigan, USA).
